YOGA CLASSES Ashtanga
Vinyasa Beginners – Monday/Wednesday at 10 am – Teacher:
Karolina
Ashtanga yoga for beginners and those with only a little
knowledge of Ashtanga. Ashtanga Primary Series Led Class – Friday
10 am – Teacher: Karolina Restorative Yoga – Tuesday/ Friday at
3 pm – Teacher: Jennie Using bolsters and blankets, we’ll stay in nourishing poses for 5 – 7 minutes, allowing the body to let go of tension, the mind to settle, and boosting your immune system as well. If your everyday yoga practice is very dynamic, this is an excellent way to balance your body. This can also be your main practice, if you’re feeling fatigue, stressed or if you’re dealing with injuries. Classes will also include some elements of pranayama (breathing exercises). All levels welcome. |
